Welcome 

So I guess this is my first foray into blogs and putting myself and my work out there. For the most part this blog will be about my love for Historical Costumes and the process of making them. I will throw in the occasional patter review and of course pictures and accounts of the events I wear these fabulous dresses. 

My interest lies predominantly in the 19th Century and started of with an obsession over Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice and a desire to wear clothes just as beautiful. A year later I'm venturing into early Victorian and perhaps in the near future even into the Georgian era. We will see how things go ...
